Gnosall has a very good bus service (Service No. 5) with frequent stops and links to both Stafford and Telford.CanalThe Shropshire Union Canal runs south to north on the west side of the village of Gnosall. About 2.5 miles to the North of Gnosall can be found the village of Norbury which has a marina and narrow boats for hire. Fishing is available on certain section of the canal. The tow path is in excellent condition and is a very good walking route which links to the cycle route and also various Public Rights of Ways. Many of the Public Rights of Ways link to interesting features in the Parish of Gnosall and provide a free green gym facility for there users. Some of the routes have stunning scenery. There is also the boardwalk across the “Acres” open space which is an additional free facility offered courtesy of Gnosall Parish Council.
