Friends of St. Lawrence Church

The objects of the Friends are: To enlarge the circle of people who love the church and who wish to provide extra care for its fabric the ornaments and furnishings. To consider the needs of the church buildings etc. and to raise funds for their repair and restoration. To enhance the church facilities taking into account the needs of people in the 21st century. Walk more and feel the difference! Our well-established local walking group is walking again from October 3rd. If you have walked with us before, you know the routine. Simply turn up at the start venue at 10.30am dressed for walking with boots or strong shoes. Our walks for the autumn are listed below. There is no charge and anyone can join us!
